Rotografica allows the User to access the Website and a vast range of resources (the “Resources”), such as:
-Texts. Graphic elements, sounds, images, descriptions, Website layout (altogether called “Contents”);
-Products, services, communication tools, booking and/or purchasing products and services systems, all tools and services available on the Website (altogether called “Services”);
-Catalogues, photos, videos, technical specifications, price list, press communication and frequently asked questions (altogether called “Documentation”);

Youpackaging brand and logo are both commercial and registered brands owned by Rotografica; other products, resources and brands mentioned on the Website can be registered brands by their owners. The Website Contents are provided with the aim of being appreciated and cannot be saved or downloaded in any format.
Access to the Service
Rotografica has partners and suppliers; sometimes, these companies will provide the User with Services and Resources on behalf of Rotografica. The User recognises and accepts the partners and suppliers of Rotografica have the right to provide him/her with Services and Resources.
The User recognises and accepts that Rotografica can interrupt (permanently or temporarily) the supply of Services and Resources (or any part of Services and Resources) provided to the User, in general and at Rotografica exclusive discretion, without previous notification to the Users.
In order to have access to certain Services and Resources, the User can be asked to provide personal data (such as identification or contact details), as part of the registration process for the Service or as part of the permanent use of Services and Resources (the “Account”), up-to-date and accurate data which the User will insert in the registration form.

Language of the Terms
The conditions of Use written in Italian language will rule the relationship between Rotografica and the User; the English version of the Conditions of Use is available to the User for the only purpose of convenience. If contradictions between what is stated in the translation and what is stated in the Italian version might arise, the Italian version will prevail.
General Terms
The User declares that the use of the Website and Resources does not entails any joint-venture, partnership, job engagement, or any business relationship between the User and Rotografica.
In case one of the present Conditions of Use were declared invalid or non-applicable in accordance to the current law including, for instance, the exceptions of guarantee and limitations of liability, the non-applicable or invalid clause will be replace by a new applicable and valid clause which can reflect as much as what the original clause meant and the rest of the Conditions of Use will remain valid for all legal purposes.
If any Tribunal of court of jurisdiction declares any of the terms present In these Conditions of Use as invalid or non-applicable in accordance to the current laws, the non-applicable or invalid term will be replace by a new applicable and valid term which can reflect as much as what the original term meant and the rest of the Conditions of Use will remain valid for all legal purposes.
